Salon Policy
As a salon we have the health, safety and welfare of our clients at the forefront and are fully insured by both ABT and BABTAC.
We would therefore advise that you read our salon terms and conditions below, to ensure a mutual respectful service is received.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you wanted to cancel your tanning course, you may do so, only on the condition that the course has not already been used.
If you have already started your course and wanted to cancel, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. However, any remaining minutes on your course that you no longer want to use, may be used as a gift voucher instead.
Children
Vice Luxury Tanning Studios cannot be held liable for any accidents that may occur in the salon, due to unsupervised children. Our studio provides sessions for clients aged 18 or over only. It is against the law for anybody under the age of 18 to use a tanning bed.
In the circumstance you need to bring a child to the salon, we kindly ask that you bring another adult to supervise them while you have your session. Our staff cannot provide supervision for any minors whilst in the workplace nor can be held responsible for providing any discipline.
The studio is a luxury experience environment, where clients come to switch off from their busy lives and enjoy their service peacefully. Unsupervised children may cause a disturbance to our clients receiving the most out of their service.
Service Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your tanning session or experience, please let us know before you leave the salon or within 24 hours after you have visited us. If you have enjoyed your service at Vice Luxury Tanning Studios, please be sure to leave us a Google Review and in return we will provide a 10% discount on your next session, as a thank you.
Right to refuse service
Our salon team have the right to refuse service to any customer imposing poor behaviour, disrespect or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings when we are presented with disrespect.
Respect to staff
We pride ourselves on providing a luxury service to all our clients, we require the same mutual respect in return. Any clients that show verbal, physical or mental abusiveness will be banned from the salon permanently and the police will be notified.
CCTV
Please be aware that our salon has CCTV throughout the premises and is monitored daily. This ensures safety for both staff and clients. Anybody caught on CCTV breaking the law will be reported immediately and prosecuted.
Disclaimer of Liability
Vice Luxury Tanning Studios (Vice Sunbeds Ltd) accepts no liability for any burns, skin conditions, or other medical issues that may arise from the use of tanning equipment. The decision to use tanning beds and the duration of use is entirely at the client's discretion and personal choice. Our staff are available to advise, but we are not medical professionals.
By using our services, clients acknowledge that they understand the potential risks associated with UV tanning and agree that Vice Sunbeds Ltd shall not be held liable for any harm or health-related issues that may arise as a result.
